Service Description

Please take a look at your daily activities sheet for scheduled activities and field trips for this date of service for members. This scheduling system is only for members. If you are not yet a member please contact us at 1-800-409-3804 so that we can better assist you. Attn: Members, all time slots scheduled may require a deposit that is refundable if cancellation is made within 3 hours prior to your scheduled participation anything after that is non-refundable. For all members paying for services via insurance please utilize the appropriate codes assigned. For all members that are on an insurance payment plan, or any other please utilize the correct code at the payment option field. We thank you for attending our Adult Day Center and strive for nothing but excellence.
